Our story begins with a dream. In 1990, Mario Di Giovanni, a carpenter framing homes in the GTA, decided to pursue his dream of designing and building homes that families truly love. Since that time, Mario’s dream has come to life in his family’s business: Delpark Homes.
Delpark has designed and built thousands of homes across Southern Ontario, in cities and towns such as Ajax, Barrie, Brampton, Bowmanville, Etobicoke, Markham, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Sutton, Toronto and Whitby.
Unlike some of our huge competitors who keep at arm’s length from the construction of their houses, our point of difference is that we’re hands-on. We’re personally committed to each and every home we build and pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and your satisfaction.
This commitment and craftsmanship help explain why so many of our homeowners refer their friends and families to us and often buy new homes from us more than once. We understand what it takes to design and build a great family home – one that provides everything a modern family could ask for, including plenty of room to grow.
What’s more, we also appreciate that homebuyers want and need our support, often from the moment they start their search until well after they’ve moved in. As such, we strive to provide boutique customer service with a personal touch. We treat our homeowners like they matter to us – because they really do!
Your new home is your future. At Delpark, we help you take charge of that future by offering:
To keep this promise, we follow our values. At Delpark, we believe in…
ORIGINALITY. From the projects we take on to how we empower our homeowners, we believe in innovation and explore new ideas every day.
HONESTY. We’re true to our word, never over-promising or misrepresenting. And we always try to do the right thing.
HARD WORK. We take a hands-on approach to building your home. We love to roll up our sleeves and work together to get great results.
ACCOUNTABILITY. We stand by our homes, staff and company – showing pride and taking responsibility, not making excuses.
FUN. We’re a growing business with down-to-earth people who appreciate what matters most in life, like family, friends and our community.
The Delpark Homes approach begins when we first consider building on a piece of land, long before we ever design a home or break ground. As a veteran boutique homebuilder with a portfolio of homes in communities across Ontario, we pride ourselves on our ability to develop real estate that appreciates in value by providing families with safe, attractive and thriving neighbourhoods in which to live.
Sometimes we join other builders in the co-development of a community and other times we go it alone. Either way, we approach land development in an ethical and diligent way, taking the time to ensure that the families who live in our homes will have access to everything they need to be healthy and happy, such as good schools, convenient shopping, parks and playgrounds as well as reliable services and utilities.
When the time comes to design a home, we challenge our architects, interior designers and construction teams to create beautiful homes, inside and out. Our home exteriors integrate many of the signatures of tasteful, traditional Ontario home design. Our contemporary home interiors feature spacious, light-filled floorplans with elegant finishes. The result is a truly wonderful place to live, play and grow.
When we build your new home, every effort is put into ensuring quality. Our tradespeople, construction specialists and supplier network all share our values and commitment to craftsmanship. Decades of experience allow us to make smart decisions that avoid problems. And our collective attention to detail ensures great results.
Once you’ve moved in, we stand at your side, always striving to help you with any issues you might encounter. As the owner of a new home in Ontario, you will also be protected by Tarion, the government agency that oversees the warranties of all new homes in the province. You will have peace of mind and the help you need to protect your investment in the years ahead.
