DELPARK HOMES AND RESCON FINANCIAL STEP UP TO SUPPORT LAKERIDGE HEALTH BOWMANVILLE HOSPITAL REDEVELOPMENT AND EXPANSION

CLARINGTON, ONT. – The Bowmanville Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce Delpark Homes and Rescon Financial Corporation have generously donated $250,000 to the We Care, We Can campaign in support of the redevelopment and expansion of the Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Hospital.

In 2019, the Bowmanville Hospital Foundation launched the We, Care, We Can campaign in support of the redevelopment and expansion of the Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Hospital. Over the course of a number of years, and world pandemic, the costs of the redevelopment and expansion are estimated at $736M with a community fundraising goal of $110M. Oshawa’s Legends Centre renamed for Delpark Homes after $1.5 million sponsorship deal

OSHAWA — The popular Legends Centre will now be known as the Delpark Homes Centre, after the home builder signed a 10-year naming rights agreement with Oshawa.

City officials announced the deal Nov. 15, for the community centre located in north Oshawa at 1661 Harmony Rd. N.

Oshawa initially entered into a five-year agreement with Delpark for the sponsorship of Arena 4 at the community centre in March, and the deal was further expanded to include the naming rights for the Legends Centre following a closed meeting of council in May.

Municipal red tape snarls Delpark Homes’ plans for new subdivisions in Courtice

COURTICE – Municipal planning processes are holding up the development of two new subdivisions in Courtice.

Delpark Homes has hopes to build detached homes on the west side of Prestonvale Road, south of Bloor Street. The developer also has property off Courtice Road north of Bloor Street where it would like to build a mix of detached, semis and stacked townhomes. Between the two sites, there would be 400 new units.

Delpark has constructed 260 homes in Bowmanville’s Northglen community near Reg. Rd. 57 and a second site nearby called Crosswinds saw people lining up overnight in the rain for the chance to scoop up one of the 60 lots available earlier this summer.
